Littleton Alston
My work is a statement about the positive elements in life and how I use abstraction to construct images reflecting roots and shapes which create a human presence. I am influnced by the work of Richard Hunt and have worked with him in the past. My work is uniquely different because my ideas have their own direction and emphasis. I work with the forms, hand shaping each metal element to engage and activate the spatial relationships, creating a singular statement.
